Case study
GRIFFIN
Rebuild of a luxury real estate advisory site from HTML into Webflow: 30+ pages, a clean class system, CMS and tracking.

Timeline
About six weeks.
Scope
Build, HTML to Webflow, 30+ pages
The brief
GRIFFIN is a private real estate advisory in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Their site existed as a set of HTML pages, and they wanted it rebuilt in Webflow so they could keep adding to it.
My role
Webflow development, some design
I rebuilt the site in Webflow and adjusted the design where pages needed it.
Process
- Rebuilt the HTML site in Webflow, in Client-First. By the end it had more than 30 pages.
- Built the protocol and relocation guide pages, the team pages and the index pages.
- Set up the CMS and the tracking the client asked for.
- Checked every breakpoint before handover.
Results
The whole site runs on Webflow now, with a class structure the next developer can read.
Nikola Bolton does not just build websites; she engineers digital assets. We brought her an incredibly complex, institutional-grade architecture for our luxury advisory firm, and her execution was absolutely flawless from start to finish. As a designer and developer, her attention to detail is borderline obsessive in the best way possible. She catches the micro-interactions, the typography spacing, and the complex responsive breakpoints that 99% of developers completely miss.
